6. Customer Responsibilities

Pinks Junk Removal is not responsible for determining ownership of items presented for removal and may decline to remove items when ownership or authorization is unclear.

12. Items Left Behind

Customers are responsible for clearly identifying items that Pinks Junk Removal is authorized to remove. Pinks Junk Removal is not responsible for items that a customer unintentionally leaves behind because they were not identified, accessible, or included within the agreed scope of work. Customers should inspect the service area before the Pinks Junk Removal crew leaves the property and promptly notify the crew of any remaining items that were included in the agreed scope of work.

13. Property and Personal Belongings

Customers should remove or secure valuable, fragile, sentimental, confidential, or otherwise important personal belongings from areas where junk removal work will occur. Pinks Junk Removal is not responsible for personal property that customers leave in or among materials designated for removal. We may ask customers to identify items that should remain at the property before work begins.

14. Photos and Project Information

Customers may voluntarily provide photographs, videos, descriptions, or other information about a removal project to help Pinks Junk Removal prepare an estimate. Pinks Junk Removal may rely on the information provided when preparing a preliminary estimate. Customers acknowledge that photographs or descriptions may not reveal all conditions that could affect the scope, difficulty, safety, or cost of a project. The website currently permits customers to text photographs of items to Pinks Junk Removal to assist with estimates.

15. Payments

Payment terms may vary depending on the service and may be communicated to the customer before or during the service. Customers are responsible for paying agreed charges for services performed. Additional services or work outside the originally agreed scope may result in additional charges when authorized by the customer. Any specific payment terms appearing on an invoice, estimate, work authorization, or separate service agreement may supersede general payment provisions contained in these website Terms.
